Spirit of Wood Show Fund Raisers
NEWC earns much of our annual income at the Spirit of Wood Show. To remain a viable organization, we need support from our members and non-member guests to participate in the various fund raising activities we offer at the show. Fund raising activities include:
Ticket sales
An entrance fee is charged, the more members who attend and the more guests they bring helps NEWC meet club expenses for the show and throughout the year.
Bucket Drawing
The Bucket Raffle is always a popular activity at the Spirit of Wood Show. Members can help by purchasing tickets and also by donating items for the raffle! Carvings are always popular or perhaps you know a vendor who would like to donate an item. We accept only new items for the raffle.
Carving Drawing
Most years we have a separate drawing for full size carvings graciously donated by one of our members. Do not miss this chance to own an original carving!
